About MenoCompass

A calm and supportive guide through perimenopause and menopause.

Why MenoCompass Exists

MenoCompass was created because many people going through perimenopause and menopause feel confused, unsupported, or unsure how to make sense of what is happening in their bodies and minds. Information is often scattered, overwhelming, or framed in ways that add pressure rather than clarity.

This space exists to slow things down. MenoCompass is meant to be a place where you can pause, reflect, and feel a little more oriented without being told what to fix or optimize.

Our approach

MenoCompass is built on the belief that support should feel steady and human. It prioritizes clarity over volume and reassurance over urgency. Instead of constant monitoring or daily tracking, it focuses on weekly reflection and gentle guidance.

Nothing here is designed to rush you or push you toward a specific outcome. The goal is to offer context, understanding, and space so you can move forward in a way that feels right for you.

What you will find in MenoCompass

Inside MenoCompass, you will find weekly check ins, simple exercises, calming practices, and educational guidance that reflect how you are feeling in that moment. These elements are meant to support awareness and understanding rather than control or performance.

You are encouraged to engage with what feels helpful and leave the rest. There is no expectation to complete everything or follow a prescribed path.

A Note For You

You do not need to have the right words or a clear understanding of what you are experiencing to use MenoCompass. You do not need to be consistent or disciplined. Showing up once a week or even less is enough.

This space is here to meet you where you are.

If you would like a calm place to check in and reflect, MenoCompass is here.
