Welcome to MenoCompass. These Terms of Service explain how the platform works and what to expect when you use it. By accessing or using MenoCompass, you agree to these terms.

What MenoCompass Is

MenoCompass is a wellness and educational platform designed to support reflection and understanding during perimenopause and menopause. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

MenoCompass is intended to offer general information, gentle guidance, and supportive tools only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MenoCompass. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account Use

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for any activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate and truthful information and to use the platform only for its intended purpose.

Subscription and Billing

Billing, Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Billing & Subscription

MenoCompass is offered as a subscription service. After any applicable free trial period, your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current rate (currently $9.99 per month), unless canceled prior to renewal.

By starting a subscription, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fees.

All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider.

Free Trial

MenoCompass may offer a free trial period. If you begin a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

Unless you cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged the applicable monthly fee.

You may cancel your trial at any time before it converts to a paid subscription.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or via the customer billing portal.

If you cancel:

Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
You will not receive partial refunds for unused time in the current billing period unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

Because MenoCompass provides immediate access to digital content and subscription-based services, all subscription fees are non-refundable once charged, except where required by law.

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, or failure to cancel before a renewal date.

Changes to Pricing

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing. Any pricing changes will apply to future billing periods and will be communicated in advance where required.

Payments

Payments are processed through a third party payment provider. MenoCompass does not store your payment information.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorized to access
Interfere with the operation or security of the platform
Use the platform in a way that harms others

MenoCompass reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and materials provided through MenoCompass are owned by MenoCompass or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

You may use the content for personal, non commercial purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce content without permission.

Platform Availability

We strive to keep MenoCompass available and functioning smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, evolve, or be discontinued as the platform grows.

Termination

You may stop using MenoCompass at any time. MenoCompass may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for operational or legal reasons.

Limitation of Liability

MenoCompass is provided on an as is basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MenoCompass is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms
