How MenoCompass Works

A simple weekly rhythm designed to help you understand what you are experiencing and feel more supported.

Your weekly check in

MenoCompass is built around a once weekly check in. Instead of tracking symptoms every day, you are invited to pause once a week and reflect on how you have been feeling overall.

The check in uses gentle prompts that help you notice patterns in your energy, mood, sleep, stress, and mental clarity. There are no right or wrong answers. This is simply a moment to take stock and be honest with yourself.

This weekly rhythm is designed to feel manageable and grounding rather than demanding.

Understanding What You Are Experiencing

Common experiences and symptoms

Perimenopause and menopause can show up in many different ways, and those experiences often shift over time. MenoCompass helps you recognize and make sense of what you are noticing without labeling or diagnosing.

You may see reflections related to experiences such as:

  • Changes in sleep or energy

  • Mood shifts or emotional sensitivity

  • Brain fog or difficulty focusing

  • Stress or feeling overwhelmed

  • Physical discomfort or restlessness

These experiences are presented as context, not problems to fix. The goal is understanding, not evaluation.

Tools, Exercises, and Practices

Support that meets you where you are

Based on your weekly check in, MenoCompass suggests gentle tools, exercises, and practices that align with how you are feeling that week. These may include grounding exercises, reflection prompts, calming practices, or educational guidance.

Nothing is required. You are free to explore what feels helpful and skip what does not. The practices are meant to support awareness, regulation, and reassurance rather than performance or progress.

This is support that adapts to you, not the other way around.

Your Pace and Your Choice

No pressure. No falling behind.

MenoCompass is intentionally designed without streaks, scores, or expectations. You cannot fall behind or do it wrong. Checking in once a week is enough, and even that is flexible.

Some weeks you may engage more. Other weeks you may simply read and reflect. Both are valid. The platform exists to support you, not to demand consistency.
